Shipping policy

All orders are processed within 3-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. For significant delays in shipment, customers will be notified accordingly.

Shipping durations and rate estimations are calculated and displayed upon checkout. Should purchased items be returned to Asmr Exports due to carrier discrepancies and/or unclaimed mail, a refund will not be provided. Alternatively, the items may be resent to the address provided. Please note that customers are inherently responsible for any additional shipping cost.
